GCC Delivery

Timeline: Delivery is completed within 4 days, subject to customs clearance.

International Delivery (Rest of World)

Timeline: Delivery to the UK, USA, and Europe is completed within 4 to 6 business days, subject to customs clearance. | Charges (1kg to 4kg): AED 295

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customs duties for all international and GCC orders are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities at the time of delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, subject to approval, with the customer covering return shipping at standard Local or GCC rates.
